1. Principle: your data stays with you

All data you enter (invoices, customers, items, expenses, company profile) is stored exclusively on your device. We operate no servers of our own and do not transfer your content to us or to third parties.

2. No analytics, no tracking

The app contains no analytics, tracking or advertising tools and no third-party data-collection SDKs. No usage profiles are created.

3. iCloud sync (optional)

If you enable iCloud sync, your data is stored in your private iCloud (Apple) to sync across your devices. We have no access to it. Apple’s Privacy Policy applies additionally. With sync off, your data never leaves your device.

4. Device permissions

Camera/Photos only to scan receipts and pick your logo. Contacts only when you import a customer. Everything happens on the device; nothing is transmitted to us. Text recognition (OCR) runs offline.

5. Purchases (Rechnio Pro)

Subscriptions are handled via Apple’s in-app purchase (StoreKit). Apple processes payments; we receive no payment data.

6. Your rights

As we store no personal data on our own systems, you have full control directly in the app and in your iCloud settings. Under the GDPR you have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection.
